• Provision of personalized services as you use the BMT. This includes things like delivery of OTP, payslips, invoices, receipts as well as generation of business performance graphs and statistics
• Provision of support services to you in the event that you need help as you use the BMT.

• With our employees in their line of duty as they extend support to you in the event that you have an issue that resuquires our intervention to resolve.
